Ingredients:

For the Crust

• 18 Oreo cookies, separated and filling removed
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake

• 9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
• 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 1/4 cups + 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 4 eggs

For the Topping

• 3/4 cup heavy cream
• 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• ½ tsp. cinnamon

For the Garnish

• Semi-sweet chocolate curls
• Raspberries
