salted chocolate peanut butter cookies {gluten & dairy
free}
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. + 2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/3 c. oat flour
1/2 c. gluten-free flour
1 tsp. sea salt + more for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 375ºF and grease or line a baking sheet. In
a large bowl, whisk eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, peanut butter, and eggs until
smooth. Add in cocoa, flours, and salt. Mix until evenly combined. Scoop onto
prepared baking sheet. Press down slightly and spindle with sea salt. Bake for
7-10 minutes.
