This cookie comes from Emily Todd. She uses a pastry or
plastic bag to squeeze the soft dough into batons. Once baked, the cookies are
dipped in melted chocolate and rolled in sprinkles.
What you'll need

butter, softened
· 1 cup sugar
· 1 large egg
· 1 egg yolk
· 2 tsp.
vanilla extract
· 2 1/2 cups
all-purpose flour
· 1 tsp.
baking powder
· 1/4 tsp.

· CHOCOLATE
DIP
· 4 oz.
semisweet chocolate (squares or chocolate chips)
· 2 tbsp.
butter
· 1 tbsp. milk
· Colored
sprinkles
